Return Process

  Securely pack the unused products in their original packaging, ensuring all fragile items like glass jars and fragrance oils are well-protected for transit.

  Ship the Package

  Affix the return label and send the parcel via a tracked courier service to our warehouse address provided in the authorization email.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our quality control team inspects and approves the returned items, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
